This might be my new favorite spot.
I pretty much found this location by accident. I was planning on meeting a client who lives further south halfway between the two of us, which just happened to be Columbus, Indiana. I drove my mom down there one day for an appointment and decided to location scout a bit. My Google search came up with quite a few parks, but I decided to check out Mill Race Park based on the images on Google. I'm SO glad I did, because the park has a walking trail with lots of wooded areas, a beautiful pond in the middle of the park, and this really gorgeous sandy shoreline along the river that's stunning at sunset. The session I was scouting for was a family session, but when I saw this spot, I knew it would be a great location for a romantic couple's session!
Linda and Andrew are getting married in October of 2022, and we did some engagement pics last year at Shades State Park. But I couldn't resist reaching out to them and seeing if they'd be up for some more pictures at this spot, and I'm so glad they agreed! This session turned out equal parts fun and romantic, and I love the images so much!
