Pixieset is the easy to use photo sharing application that I use to deliver all my client galleries. Instructions are included on this page so that you can access and download your images. Be sure to have your gallery password (included in your welcome email) and PIN (if given in welcome email) in order to access and download images.

Please be sure to SAVE YOUR IMAGES somewhere else (i.e. iCloud, Hard Drive, USB, CD) once they’re downloaded. I recommend storing them two different ways to be safe. Galleries will remain active for 90 days after deliver. A re-listing fee will be charged if you need your gallery re-listed after the 90 day period.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT screenshot your images from the gallery in order to save them. This GREATLY reduces the quality of your images and will result in poor quality files and printed items.

IMPORTANT PRINTING INFORMATION

If you want to print your images, it is HIGHLY recommended that you order from the Print Store located within your session gallery. I offer an array of print sizes, canvases and other products including cards. When you order prints and products from your Print Store, your images will be printed by a professional lab using high quality materials and color calibration to ensure true to color printing. Using cheap, fast print labs like Walmart and CVS may result in lower quality images due to lack of calibration of their print machines. I am not responsible for substandard prints and products ordered from these companies.

PLEASE NOTE: Your images are owned and copyrighted by Kristin Haus Photography. You may not edit, add filters, or alter the images in any way. You may share images online with family and friends; please give credit and/or tag Kristin Haus Photography on social media!

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES ON A DESKTOP/LAPTOP

If you want to download the entire collection, you simply click on the Download icon shown at the top right of the Gallery view. You may be prompted to enter your email address and download PIN. Download PIN is provided to you in your welcome email, if applicable. Images will be sent to you via email in a zip file. Clicking on the emailed file should unzip the file automatically and allow you to access your images.

Downloading a single image

If you want to download specific images on your computer, there are a few ways to do so. The first way is to hover over the image you want to download in the gallery view, then click on the download arrow in the corner of the image. (See below)

You can also click on the picture you want to download in the gallery view, which will open the image in a new window. Then, click on the download arrow in the top right corner of the screen.

Downloading via mobile device

You can download your entire gallery or individual images via smartphone or tablet similarly to how you download on a desktop/laptop. When downloading individual images, a new window will open with the image. Hold down on the image and choose "add to photos" to save the image to your camera roll. Full gallery downloads will be delivered via zip file to your email.
