Oh mama!
Golden hour, beautiful expecting mama, sweet and wild big brother, and a non-complaining husband... what more could a girl ask for? Jacquelyn contacted me last minute because her original photographer had fallen through for her maternity session, and she already had hair and makeup scheduled! I happened to be free, so we met up during golden hour at my favorite place to take pictures- Beckenholdt Park in Greenfield.
We could not have asked for a better evening! It wasn't crazy hot, and the light was just perfect! I love all of the wildflowers and tall grasses that grow in Beckenholdt; it's the perfect, ethereal backdrop for photos! Jacquelyn and I texted before her shoot to discuss session style, and I loved how the family outfits looked together and how they meshed well with our location.
Jacquelyn was smart and brought along a friend to keep her older kiddo company during the shoot- he gave us a few good shots and was ready to move on, and it was great to have someone to entertain him so that mom and dad could be focused on getting their pictures taken!
