Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
For day 2 of Tree Farm Minis, I headed out to Lost Forty Tree Farm with my assistant (aka my sister-in-law) in tow. The weather forecast was not looking good- wintery mix of rain and snow, with some winds. I had a really hard time deciding what to do, but ultimately decided to risk the weather and power through my scheduled sessions...
Oh boy, am I GLAD we did! We showed up to the farm and I was the only photographer there, so we had the whole place to ourselves which was awesome! It snowed pretty hard for about 45 minutes, but then tapered off and it never rained. The trees were covered in snow and everything was so dang beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a more "christmasy" day! All of my clients were thrilled with the snow, though some of the kiddos were a little cold. Overall, everyone had fun playing in the snow and it made for the most stunning backdrop for these minis!
