Whoa. These cuties brought the heat.
Not to mention, it was about 90 degrees with a heat index of 100 on the evening that I shot this session. Good lord, these Indiana summers might kill me. While we all almost sweated to death, I LOVE how this session turned out! Little Miss K was not feeling me, no matter what I did or said for about the first 20 minutes of our shoot but once we were all sweaty and over it, she turned on the smiles and laughs and was a perfect angel (note to parents: it ALWAYS goes this way, and it's totally fine). There was a lot of dancing (ahem, twerking), tickling, and acting silly to get these shots, but as always, it was worth it! I had a blast hanging out with these guys, and goodness gracious are they photogenic!
Side note about this location- This field is behind a park in Franklin Township on the south side of Indianapolis, and while it doesn't look like much when you're walking up, it's such a pretty spot for pictures! Clients always want some spectacular location for their images, and while that can be great, keeping it simple so the focus is on your family is also awesome!
